I have been using Bed Head for almost 10 years and have never had any problems before this year. The last one I got smelled awful so I took this one. First the pros. It smells amazing, by far my favorite scent out of all the bed heads. As with most shampoos, it doesn't take long to create a great lather. The downsides, however, are that the lack of stars is well deserved. While it takes a little shampoo to get enough, I have to use more than triple the amount of conditioner. It's like they forgot an ingredient. I use over 1 full handful each time I style my hair and even then it barely reaches all of my hair and my hair is quite short. My hair has also lost all of its shine. Now he looks dull, lifeless. I am very very disappointed.
