This is my second Sram Force rear derailleur. The first one was so chewed up that I ended up having to replace it. Shifting is crisp and clean. The structure is solid and easy to maintain. One minor issue is that if you ever pedal backwards, it jams very easily. I know that should never happen. But I drive to Boston every day and sometimes you stop and your pedals aren't where you want them to be. So you usually go back half a turn to get it in the right spot. This is enough for the chain to jump over the top of the cage and run over the outer plate. Again, this shouldn't be a problem, but it would be nice if there was more of a lug on the top of the outer plate to keep the chain from popping out of the cage.
