Replaced all my lug nuts on my Silverado 1500 due to years of tire monkeys clogging standard stamps and incorrect socket sizes. I turn all my wrenches whenever possible, but I don't have the equipment to make tires. Unfortunately, I have to take my truck to a tire changer to have the tires replaced, and when they get their hands on this smack, I cringe. I mounted them as replacements for the worn, broken and battered bearings. And then used the right head and torque wrench to put them in place. Done and done. No problem. The GM center cap retaining nuts thread perfectly onto these double threaded nuts.
