I bought several of these about a year ago. Hooked them up and they worked great. About two or three weeks ago, the power company replaced a huge transformer on church grounds. The transformer was the size of my car! So the entire church campus was shut down during the exchange, when they turned the power back on, strange things started happening to the electrical system. Appliances started to burn out, fluorescent lights hummed very loudly, etc. VERY QUICKLY it turned out that they had the transformer connected to our electrical system the wrong way round. This bug has now cost around $30,000 in lost systems and equipment. But ANYTHING connected to this surge protector WILL NOT BE DAMAGED. I just bought another box from them! The old ones still worked, but there was no longer any protection. I opened them all and they all looked like they were burned. I threw them away for new ones. PLEASE PROTECT YOUR EQUIPMENT WITH THIS PRODUCT! This works very well.
