Review on Velbon QB 4W Quick Release Platform by Becki Felix

I have a car window tripod head that attaches to the car window and provides tripod-like stability when looking through a spotting scope or shooting with an interchangeable lens digital camera. Somehow I lost/lost the original quick release plate. I needed a new one with a 41mm x 41mm base. I couldn't find any in this size so I tried this 44 x 44 mm. The base is plastic so I was able to use a block of sandpaper to shrink it down to fit my device. Ideally I would have a 41mm x 41mm metal platform but since I couldn't do that this article serves as an adequate replacement.
