This product is hard to find these days. I usually buy singles at my gym for around $4. What I love about this protein is that it's high in protein at 42g and low in sugar at 3g. It contains milk and whey. But it doesn't upset my stomach like others. It is very tasty and mixes well. I add PB2 oat rice and I only need half that amount and oh my gosh this is the best smoothie you will ever have! I don't mind either. You have to try it and it's worth it!
