These pads are just great. I bought a couple of bottle sets, one from Otis and one from another seller. I've had so much luck with Otis bottles and pods that I bought these pods to save other bottles I was trying to re-ferment kombucha in. I'm sorry to say the shims weren't enough, not because of some shim issues, but the other bottles are just too loose and the shims alone won't fix them. However, I was very impressed with not one, but two consecutive emails. The first gave me advice on how to clean and prepare my pads for use, which I rubbed directly onto the pouch for future use. Second, stop by and see how I'm doing with it. Really great of you to do that. I appreciate that very much.
