Review on Master the Art of Sushi with Elvoki Bamboo Sushi Making Kit by Rusty Heredia

We didn't use the bowl, it was too small. Many of the parts included were much smaller than expected. The knife needed extra sharpening as well as water to cut well. The spoons provided were tiny. The small "plates" were only big enough for the ginger/wasabi. Overall it was good for the money and served its purpose. We would not buy again. And I'm not sure I can recommend this product in good conscience.
