My 2005 Silverado went out of stock on the Henge a few years ago and I finally decided to order a new one. I watched a video of about 5 minutes showing how to replace the armrest cover. Unpacking the new one took longer than removing the old one and installing the new one. This is a near-perfect replica of the original cover. The only issue I found was that the foam padding near the clasp was so thick that it pressed against the hinges when I pushed to close. I removed these foam pads and they work great.
