My husband's 2004 Chevy console broke and he was complaining about pinching his arm. Well he went for a week and I decided to surprise and replace him. I watched a video on how and it was really EASY! And it looks great! I can't wait for him to come home and see it! Great price for a part to make the truck look nice again!

Same fit, specs, hardware and everything as my 2003 OEM cap with a broken hinge. Back then the black one was the cheapest, you know what? The color didn't affect the fit!, {;-)) I used a black cover replacing the dark gray regular one. awesome, I saved $25! (at least then) Very easy installation through YouTube tutorial videos.

The quality was in no way inferior to the factory quality. Install with your old springs. The new ones with the tip are not correct. You also don't have to remove the entire console to install just the top. Many videos on You Tube show this. The original feathers really reveal the baby. 5 minutes for installation after watching one of two different assembly videos as everything fell apart when it broke a few months ago.

Replaced a broken OEM cap that scratched my hand. Matches the interior color perfectly. The pillow is covered in vinyl, not fabric like the OEM. It doesn't look as solid as the original, but it works. I haven't checked the GM cap but I believe they are considerably larger. If you have an old truck like mine where the console cover ripped at the hinge (which all do sooner or later) this part will solve the problem.

The product is very cheap and made without installation instructions. After looking around for about 15 minutes and figuring out the assembly, one of the plastic clips holding the metal insert in place broke. As soon as it broke I put it back in place just to satisfy my curiosity and found that the installation didn't even come close and it would have broken shortly after installation if I could have done it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time and money with this product.

My 2005 Silverado went out of stock on the Henge a few years ago and I finally decided to order a new one. I watched a video of about 5 minutes showing how to replace the armrest cover. I was hesitant to buy just because I wasn't sure it would look like the original part. I'm glad I bought it because it looks amazing. The original only cracked after years of leaning against it. I ended up ordering it and replacing it. It's looking a lot better now. The paint pops up and doesn't crack!
