Towel Rail was bought to match the one we already have; Well, almost the same, but it's not the manufacturer's fault. It's well made and sturdy as it should be, but I can't give it 5 stars: 1) The small set screws on the chrome feet that hold the round foot to the mounting plate were so tight I had a very hard time loosening them them to install a heated towel rail. I was ready to return the whole block because the 2nd screw was almost impossible to unscrew when I FINALLY asked a neighbor for help; 2) Other towel rails I've purchased and installed had paper templates for attaching to the wall, which helped a lot in getting the installation right and level. I'm very handy and not having a template isn't a deal breaker, but adding an assembly template to an item is really inexpensive and would help me a bit and would certainly help more newbies. it is your self. Also, a little hint as to what hole size is needed for cavity wall anchors would be invaluable information for easy installation. Now that the towel warmer is installed (10-15 minutes) it is well made.
