heating is naughty

I think the card I received is defective. Sometimes the heater doesn't work and I have to unplug and restart the CR-6, then it may or may not work. I don't have an explanation why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This is not my nozzle or nursery, before the board change it worked perfectly. Will probably have to send this back. By the way, there are no instructions in the kit, there is a pdf somewhere on the site, but let's do it. Can you attach a 4x4 sheet of paper with instructions?
