My interaction with Polyte Online Store was one that left me feeling let down. Although there was an impressive variety of designs to choose from, the website was difficult to traverse and frequently took a long time to load. When compared to the prices at other internet retailers of home decor, this one was quite pricey. When I received my purchase, I was dismayed to discover that the high price of the products did not correspond to the high quality that they possessed. The quality of the craftsmanship was subpar, and the pieces did not come close to matching the website's product specifications. The quality of the decoration was also lacking, and some of the pieces arrived broken when they were delivered. When I tried to get in touch with customer support, I was met with a lack of understanding and empathy on their part. After a few failed attempts, I was eventually able to get a response, and when I did, I was informed that there would be no room for returns. My time spent shopping on the Polyte Online Store was, on the whole, a waste of time, and I cannot encourage doing business with that company. The extremely high prices, combined with the low quality of the products and the absence of any kind of customer support, make for a very poor experience.
