The team at Elevate X has been very responsive and helpful over these past few months, we have worked together to understand our needs and they are always happy to work with you as part of your project implementation process. I am really impressed by how willing they were to adapt and change what was required in order to meet our business goals. There isn't anything that I dislike so far about working with them - everything has been great! We're using Elevate X to help us automate some processes and provide better support when it comes to our customer service agents.
