Installation was easy, but I deducted a star because I had to thoroughly clean the printheads and align them twice on my printer for the cartridges to work properly. Previous cartridges worked fine until they ran out. While the printer may need cleaning and alignment, these new cartridges are more likely to require a few initial runs to refill. The printouts were clearly missing the replaced color (cyan) before the cleaning/flattening was performed. I tried them out the morning before the job fair so the timing for printer problems was bad and I really can't give this a 5 star as I haven't had these problems with other replacement cartridges. However, after initial problems, they work perfectly, so considering the value for money I can't be too strict. Overall 4/5 stars mainly because they are cheap but expect the print head cleaning to be done before the new cartridge actually starts printing.
