Ghosting and burn-in within the FIRST WEEK!

I connected it to my MacBook Pro. Worked great for a few days. It's been less than ONE WEEK and now it's flickering and has HEAVY GHOST COVERAGES (image burned in). I even unplugged my MacBook from it and it's still there. So I know it's not a Macbook issue.
