Edit. It hasn't even been a month and the blades are garbage. I scrape well so the remaining ice doesn't damage the rubber, but it doesn't matter. The blades no longer clean windows very well. Don't waste your money on these blades. Three weeks later I'm already exploring various replacement blades. Useless waste of money. First review. The wiper blade works great and I'm generally very happy, but when you try to remove the blades from the windshield to clear the ice it slips right off the J-Hook. I have been installing wiper blades myself for many years and have never had this problem. Squeeze the J-Hook until it clicks, but it still slips off when you lift the blade off the windshield to remove it. It always slides back perfectly and even clicks again at the end, but still falls off. It fits snugly so there is no risk of it falling off while driving or during use. I live in northern Illinois and often have to clean my windows in the winter. It's going to be quite a hassle to reinstall the wiper blade every time I scrape the ice off the window. The rest of the wiper works great. Runs quietly and cleans the windshield well.
