Ease and efficiency for scheduling patient visits
I like how easy it is to navigate through the software once you get used to using it (it's not very intuitive at first). The ability of being able to see all appointments in one place makes my life easier when trying to schedule patients or find an open time slot with another doctor/nurse practitioner who has availability. It would be nice if there was more customization available as far as customizing your own screens within the application itself but other than that everything works great! We have been extremely happy so far since we started implementing this into our practice last year.
Pros
- Ease for scheduling, ease finding patient information quickly without having too much going back over old records..etc.very user friendly interface which helps make things run really smoothly!!!!! Also love they way its integrated wih QuickBooks super helpful!!!!
Cons
- Somewhat limited options are offered by default; i wish some additional features were included such as email reminders etc
