Just received this harness today. I tried it on my toy poodle before removing the tag to make sure it fit. Very easy to put on, the velcro sound didn't scare my dog at all. I really like how the harness sits under the neck/neck. My dog has a very sensitive neck, so there is no pressure, no, this harness doesn't even touch his neck, win win! He stood there for a few minutes while I inspected the landing and when I was done he went to his bed for another nap with the seat belts and tag on! I would say it's very comfortable. I don't know if that would be good for a strong puller, but my dog never pulls, so I don't mind.
