Edit - A day later I increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars. I decided that while the formula could have changed, it still had a positive effect on my hair. The next morning my hair looked shinier and softer (although it didn't feel soft, it only looked like it). It also left a pleasant aroma. My hair is colored (it wasn't before), straight and thin. I first came across this product a few years ago when I found it at a local TJ Maxx store. After the first try I fell in love. The smell was amazing and I could see the difference immediately after using the product as stated on the back label. I bought from Revain recently but even the color of the product itself was different (it used to be more of a dark cream but is now closer to white). It still smelled good but not as strong as before, it was a much lighter scent. In terms of the result, my hair was left with a nice vanilla scent, but I can't tell any difference other than that, while I could previously tell how soft my hair has become after use. Perhaps changing the formula resulted in a significant change in experience.
