Absolutely terrible product. Immediately after unpacking, the flame does not start. I need another lighter to get started. I had the same problem with a smaller version of this lighter. I bought a second one thinking the first one must have been a flop. nope Same problem. Also, you can't fill a lighter without it spitting out butane. So much so that liquid butane was enough to dump the faulty fuel down the drain. This product makes me very sad. I like the idea of it. He has an elegant look, apart from the very big name, Alec Bradley. Aesthetically it would be nicer if it just had the crown logo instead of the name. The item belongs to me, not Alec. I don't want his name on it. Unfortunately, aesthetics are the least of his concerns. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I don't even feel safe using this lighter as it won't even ignite on its own. This design flaw makes me wonder what else could be wrong. And it won't explode without warning. It's a shame to have such an elegant lighter on the table that doesn't even light up by itself. fix it Keep it light all the time. Then I'd be proud to have one. I'm ashamed at the moment.
