So I'm not a dancer. I have a physical job and walk/run at speed (5 miles) several times a week. The ball of my left foot started to hurt so much that I got severe pain and sometimes blisters. I thought maybe it would help me if the dancers used this material? I wrap the ball of my left foot and second toe, then put on socks and Brooke's sneakers. Guess what. No blisters and less pain the next day. Hope this helps someone else.
