It's very user-friendly, they have a great community, their staff are responsive and they provide amazing support when you do need it.It's so easy to use that for some people, it might feel like it could take forever. It's a software that takes away lots of our time. Sometimes the support team isn't too responsive, but when there is an issue, they are always great to contact. There's nothing that I dislike. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for an awesome tool to book their trips. It's easy to use, it provides all our services, plus we can create and organize all our trips! I have been using Touralix since it started. It was the best at the time but has aged somewhat with some of the features not working as they should or could be improved upon. You can't send emails without having to log in which is annoying. The interface could use some work too. Try it out and see how you like it. We used it mainly for online reservations. It's helped us solve our questions and concerns about reservations in one place. At least until we get our own ticketing system up and running again.
