Review on Innovative Performance Power Programmer ProMaster by Roberto Manzer

I bought this for my 2014 2500 Promaster. I followed the instructions exactly and disconnected the battery. I have found that the Innovative Performance Chip makes no difference. No change in performance or MPG. My company has the exact same van and I drive them one after the other and I don't feel any difference. I contacted the company and they were not very helpful. I would have sent it back if the return period hadn't expired.
