I have a boxing set in my very small basement gym. Check out my review of the Pro Mountings I Beam Roller Mounting System. As with heavy bags, I wanted my reversible bag to be elevated and out of the way when not in use, and quick and easy to set up when needed. Pocket anchors are perfect for this. I have a chain of about 5 links attached to the D-ring and can also control the movement of the bag by adjusting the tension on the cords. I also slide out the anchor pouch so the pouch is at an angle that allows me to land uppercuts without being hindered by the elastic cords. I love the versatility and flexibility.
