Overall a good kettle. i will keep it The only thing that disappointed me (which is why I'm taking off a star) is that I bought this for the 'keep warm' feature and read in the details when I bought it that it keeps warm for 4 hours so I figured that this means that the kettle will keep heating for 4 hours. I thought it would be very helpful if I have guests so I don't have to warm up. but unfortunately it only seems to heat for about 30 minutes. It's still better than nothing, but not what I thought it would be. But overall a good kettle. I didn't use the tea leaf tray, but that would be nice too.
