Review on πŸ”§ DEA A4204 Front Engine Torque Strut Mount: Optimal Performance and Enhanced Stability by Will Porter

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product and good OEM replacement for the price and features

Took 10 minutes max. Noticed a difference when starting the car. Before the replacement, when starting the car, there was a noticeable shaking or vibration until it turned over. Kamry 2002 Remove the top screw next to the strut and remove the front screw. There is no need to support the motor as it only controls the forward and reverse movement of the motor, but does not support it. The old bracket came out and fell apart quite a bit due to age. The new one is closed. Install the front screw first, then use the screwdriver under the front of the bracket to move the motor backwards to insert the rear/top screw. Tighten to specification. then tested. Noticeable difference. Can recommend this product so far. Update 08/17: OK, take this with a grain of salt, as far as I can tell has it lasted less than 4 years? Not 100% when it started falling apart. Today I checked and it cracked and crumbled along with my vibration. What do you want for $17 at the time? Compared to $75 for an OEM part.
