Good for normal hair but plan ahead. As stated "Wash hair, comb through product and wait up to 20 minutes, then rinse." I tried it on my beard and it took about 20 minutes. actually start working. So I wash my body and beard, dry and apply the product, wait 20 minutes or more while watching the video. Then I go back in the shower, wash my hair and beard, then I go out and dry myself again, THEN I'm done. It works pretty well and if you have the time it's worth it.
