I like that it was easy to install with our current setup of SCCM/MDT deployments (and also works well in standalone mode).

The UI is very simple but powerful - you can do some things really effectively if your know what you're doing! If you don't have much experience using software as part of an MDTM deployment then this could be difficult at first. You need someone who knows how these systems work so help them through any initial challenges before getting stuck yourself trying something else out :) It's working great now though we've had one issue where certificates were not being refreshed automatically leading us into problems which required manual intervention from support every couple weeks. We use krypto wire internally to monitor applications deployed by customers via application management platforms such as Apperian APX etc.
