Review on Grant Manager by Matt Addison

My non-profit uses gm for financials because it integrates seamlessly with its database as well as managing different type of donations e-pledges corporate contributions etc.. They also give some great free training which allows people who arent an expert at excel or even not computer savvy use this program effectively to help them organize their business so they never loose information. Also very customizable options allowing you customize reports specific areas set certain parameters i should say customization is limited due most likely once customization process complete your job and thats it...its almost impossible to ever tinker around anymore....we dont like tinkering so if u feel its missing something change anything but remember when done customizing ur report back doesnt mean others will see what changes were made only yourself since no longer saved to share among team members.....thats good for us cuz whenever someone edits document other edit just disappears. Good customer services response time has definitely improved too though im noticing it takes sometimes 1 week + by courier shipping service rather than instantly within few days average usual times would be maybe 2 weeks -2 months ____anywais id recommend purchasing support from GM instead going through FedEx...i think youre asking alot of my points however do still rate 9 out 5 stars despite mentioned hiccups =)....again its highly customizable depending upon budget and needs but overall 4+4 star rating =5 (if you could choose any option besides 10, then yes you deserve half of five extra =P ) best part?
