Sturdy stand that's fairly easy to set up but the instructions aren't the best. Some common sense is required for assembly. Once assembled you have a nice solid stand that gets the job done. It's a bit heavy, so if you're planning on moving it, it's best to put some wheels on the bottom first, otherwise you'll have to take it apart side by side and move it in half. I love that you can adjust the depth to suit your needs. It's worth it! Eventually I think I'll get a cabinet with more soundproofing - although for server setup and basic setup that's fine.
