I cannot close the lid when inserting the knives - not enough space between the upper and lower shelves.
I put the cutlery at the bottom of the box and was very happy that it contained more than the usual 12 pieces. Finally I put the knives in and when I tried to close the box I found the knives hit the bottom shelf where the other pieces fit! I removed the bottom pieces and put some knives in the top slots and got the same result. The knives cut into the bottom shelf and the lid would not close! I then went back to read the reviews of other customers afterwards and saw that they had the same experience. The box is wrong. If the lid won't close and can't protect the silver inside.
