Review on Bricks + Agent by Carlos Alston

It is easy to use, has an excellent customer service team who are always there when you need them which really helps with any queries or concerns we might have at anytime of day! The app does feel very outdated compared to other platforms out there but I guess this was down to it's early stage in development and not much can be done about this now for us as our business grows so would expect more updates from their side soon. We've been able to cut time off reporting work orders by almost 50%. Allowing us to get back onto site quicker than ever before and giving staff immediate feedback on what needs doing next!
