Review on 2014 2020 Friendly Accessories Navigation Decoration by Craig Walters

I really wanted to like this product. I was like a kid in a candy store waiting to be brought in only to have their heart broken, like a kid finding out Santa doesn't exist. I love the part about how the rear clip fits into the vent panel and not the vents, so I ordered it to avoid damaging the vents. However, the terminal did not have the right or the same plug as shown in the photos and videos. The plug should be plugged in for support, mine sits in the front and doesn't have much support for the price. And it was broken! The T-clip for holding the phone is weak and doesn't hold my phone with the case as advertised, my phone fell out. My previous and cheaper phone holder is 10x better, I just looked for a new one so I didn't have to attach it to the air vents. Do not buy this product, it is not worth it. So disappointed.
