I feel totally ripped off! Crosley is a brand of turntables. and they completely failed me. I like everything about this player: color, size, picture; There's only one problem. That does not work. Without a doubt this is the worst turntable I have ever owned, including turntables bought at flea markets. This turntable comes in and out with the sound, and even though it's on a level surface and the platters are flat, the platters play unevenly or not at all. Sounds come in and out, come in and out, and finally just go away. I know my vinyls aren't the problem because half of them are brand new, from Revain. I don't know if he even tries to return this item for shipping. But Crosley really let me down. Although there is no way I would buy it.
