Review on Precognize by Mike Groover

It's easy, fast and reliable tool that helps us solve our problems in real time without any human intervention or extra efforts from IT department (very important!). The price of this solution can be high but it worths every penny! Nothing at all so far - no complaints about anything :) I highly recommend using precog as your main PMS/MMS system because you will get everything what You need right now when needed most ;) We use Precogs mainly during production ramp-up process where we have several dozen new devices installed each week by different teams around world and they are supposed work perfectly fine after installation. This allows me quickly identify issues before end users start complaining which saves huge amount of man hours spent solving their problem later down stream :(.
