Review on CXTM Trailer Wiring Adapter Connector by Scott Larson

I purchased this product and connected it to my trailer but no light came on at all. I realized the wiring was bad on my truck or trailer but I borrowed a connector from my friend which is identical except he bought it from a trailer and it worked great. Then I realized it was an adapter. I have a friend who does a lot of electrical work so he took it apart and had to re-solder everything but one wire. One of the wires inside wasn't even connected to the other end. They were all in the wrong place. Anyway, once he reassembled it as intended, it worked fine.
