My 2 parrots love this mix. Almost nothing is wasted, so it's more economical for me. Much cheaper than the local pet store where I used to buy it. They say seeds aren't the best diet, but my Mexican redhead only eats seeds. He will eat crackers or cereal, but that's not best for him either. My gray eats fruits and vegetables so his diet is varied.
