As in previous reviews, we noticed a very unpleasant smell. We put our masks in a sunny window for a few days and let them wear off. My husband is a piano teacher and teaches some of his family members at home. He says the military grade activated carbon anti-pollution face mask is very comfortable to wear. Sometimes he can just forget he's there. It looks like what Hannibal Lecter would wear — it's a bit fantasy, but there's a reason for that. My husband loves that you adjust the nose guard. He loves that he can adjust the mask with Velcro at the back of the neck. It seems to take pressure off the ears. He also finds it easier to speak with a mask because there is space in front of her mouth. When I tried it on I thought it was too much of a mask. I felt a little claustrophobic in it, although I was happy to adjust it to my size. I have a small face, maybe that's why. I have yet to wear it. I prefer my smaller cloth.
