Just got the mail and I'm in the process of programming - it's really easy and most buttons are programmed intuitively after entering the device code. Can't say I'm leaving it for any reason - I'm under the impression this will fully work with the latest TCL/Roku TV (2018 model); Unfortunately, one of the most important TV keys, the star key, is missing. This remote cannot be programmed to learn additional buttons from the Roku remote. It looks like an older version supported the star key with the "info" key, but that no longer works and behaves more like the "enter" key. I've searched the web, forums and documentation to no avail - without getting the appropriate IR signal from the Roku remote it's hopeless unless Inteset updates or releases new device code. A previous buyer raised the same issue on their forums, but it went unnoticed and doesn't seem to bother the company. I'm also happy that I can send device independent IR functions - in my case I wanted to control my soundbar without leaving TV device mode. I will look at other remotes to see if they have a similar asterisk problem and buy one that is fully functional for my devices.
