Review on Victorinox Cutlery Fibrox Slicing 10 25 Inch by Tiffany Staley

This knife is amazing. I know it's not a bread knife, but that's what we use it for at work. It's nice and spicy and retains its pungency most of the time, seeing the daily violence at the pizzeria. I like the handle, it feels good in hand, not as good as some of the more expensive chef's knives but better than some other inexpensive knives. The only problem I have is the blade of the knife reaches the handle, I grabbed it thinking I had a handle and I was close to the blade and cut my fingertip. I just wish the handle was close to the blade. Otherwise, it's a solid knife for the price.
