Review on The One Off by Carlos Macy

Our experience with one off has been very good, they have done everything we needed them too from concept development through build up marketing and online advertising for us as well as our own PR campaign. Their communication of progress is quick even when there was delays in their part which can happen! I think that is because they know where you're coming form so do not worry about deadlines or things going wrong. It might be useful if your looking at something like this but just try it out first before committing yourself fully otherwise you may end up disappointed after paying money only to realise later its nothing special!! I liked that they were creative with their designs, easy to work with, quick turnaround time for prototypes/concepts etc. They have great ideas! Sometimes it's hard to pin down exactly what you want but they always manage to get it right in the end. Good people too so we're happy if we've found someone who can help us out as much or more than we could do ourselves :) Great communication over email/phone - always very responsive and helpful.
