Thanks to the help of some Honda Pilot/Passport owners, I have disabled Honda Auto Start/Stop "Idle” in 2016 and later vehicles. What this does is that automatically pressing the start/stop button "Disable" X seconds after getting power from the car may help. Yes, you can do it yourself every time you leave the park, but I forgot, and it just helps automate the boring stuff. NONE of the standard seat belts are cut or modified in any way. You simply insert the ends of the wires into the ends of the bundle without splicing, cutting, or cutting the stock bundle wires. And then, with a simple quick program on the module itself, you can force the idle shutdown button to be pressed after 5 seconds after the car is turned on. That's how the "idle" device works, but instead of $80 you pay $12-$20 plus wiring if you need it. Check out the pilot or passport forums with Google for more information!
