QUALITY: Bought 10 pieces to fit a spare wheel in my regular motorhome. They are a little uneven, but the tolerances are good enough that I haven't found a wheel that has had trouble fitting. INSTALLATION: It comes with washers, nuts and bolts to attach to the truck bed. I haven't used them. They are great for mounting on a surface that you can access from both sides. I installed it on the inside wall of my garage (toy truck, Newmar All-Star 2007) which I can't access because it's closed to the outside. I installed with LARGE bolts and a pair of flat washers and a lock washer (aka a spring washer). Because the base rail that makes contact with the wood where it is mounted is relatively narrow, you will definitely need large screws and washers with this method to keep it secure in a moving vehicle. I've installed the wheels vertically and horizontally on our ceiling and walls for several months while driving across the country with no problems. They vibrate a little I think due to the small base of the brace but they are not loose at all.
