I like how easy it was to use online for my organization! It's very user friendly & has all your information you need right there so no searching through files or folders!! As far as anything i dislike about this tool its hard not too pick one but overall great program.

If used correctly we now know what our employees are working at each moment they could be assigned work which would help them keep track better than ever before. ! I like how easy it was to get up & running as well as customize our system for us! Nothing really at this time - but we are working hard to make sure there aren't any issues down the road when using their service (or not). We had been looking into other providers before deciding upon GSIT's services; however, they were by far one of best options available out there!! Highly recommend them if you're searching around online or even just talking about your own requirements/needs :).
