Ease of implementation - we were able get our existing network up in minutes without any configuration issues.The team at lthree was extremely responsive when problems did occur with their product (and they had many!). Our solution integrates tightly into Salesforce so all of the data from customers can be easily accessed by multiple users simultaneously or within seconds after logins are completed for each user. Also great that there's an API available as well! I wish it could pull down some more information such as account number and other customer info but otherwise no complaints here!!
