The user friendly nature of their platform which allows me to easily navigate and edit all aspects of my practice. The reporting capabilities are very robust and provide visibility into issues that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to identify. I enjoy how easy it is for patients to access the system as well. I wish there were more areas for patient portal access. Our primary goal has been to increase revenue. From an administrative perspective, they have allowed us to manage our billing processes in a more efficient manner and save time and money.
