So I bought 'Large' and to be honest I made a mistake and should have gone for 'Medium' but with some adjustment it fits perfectly, this elegant little girl is over 50lbs but she has a fat butt, so take that into account. I was a bit disappointed that the little planet mascot wasn't on the collar, although it was on the product in the photos and was a selling point for me, but oh well it's still a very good price, it's sturdy and looks pretty made of durable material. and it's definitely cute!
