I've been using it as a diaper and as a background for pictures of my baby for a while. It is large enough for easy wrapping at all stages. This is a light but also good duvet. Ideal for newborns. If you want it to lie flat for photos after washing, hang to dry as the dryer will make the fabric a little wavy, but a re-wash will take that away while you hang dry. I love this blanket. Probably for many years. After ordering this I also ordered 3 packs from the same seller because I really liked them. Also works as a removable cover while breastfeeding or tucked into a car seat or stroller to create a cool shade. Will buy more from seller for future shower gifts.
