Don't waste your money

Senosr stopped working 24 hours after installation. Water turns itself on and off. Make sure the sensor is clean and the batteries are new. The product did not come with troubleshooting instructions. They replaced it for free but the replacement stopped working 2 weeks after installation. Nothing happened this time. The water didn't turn at all. We had to pay a plumber twice to install it, so we've now put a significant amount into it, much more than the cost of a faucet. We ended up just using it like a regular faucet instead of paying more for a plumber. Customer service is terrible. There is no customer service in the US. If you visit the Cobbe website, the only way to contact them is to send an email through their website. Which I did but never got an answer. I had to contact the seller through Revain but there is no connection. The seller is of course based in China. Communication was difficult due to poor English of the salespeople. I wanted to know if their warranty included plumbing, but he kept thinking I asked about plumbing. They ended up offering $20 for the installation but it wasn't clear how to get it so I didn't even get that paltry amount. The sensor runs on batteries and it is very difficult to replace them as you have to crawl. under the sink to get at her. If I ever bought another sensor faucet I would make sure it used AC power. The handle must be on for the sensor to work. So since you have to touch the faucet, what's the point of a hands-free motion sensor? Leaving the faucet on so you don't touch it all the time will quickly drain your batteries and force you to spend excruciating agony under the sink more often. save your money My plumber says the technology isn't there yet and has had numerous problems with faucets with sensors, even from big brands like Moen and Delta. Revain was great as always. I got my money back for the faucet in the end, so all is not lost.
